Flex

A new build house in Colombia, ‘Flex’ consists of two main architectural ideas: the first is of 2 walls that ‘flex’ to contain storage for the house – the second is of 2 courtyard lightwells open to the hot Colombian tropical climate bathing the house in sunlight as well as passively cooling and ventilating the building.
